This will help you track your meals
Step 4: Create your fitness schedule
Step 5: Select your program. Home or gym program. **Program will be available 01/11/26 at noon**
If you choose the home program, will need the following. You can find these items at your local Walmart, T.J. Max, Marshalls, Dollar General, Academy, DICK'S Sporting Goods
Step 6: Schedule your weekly accountability call. You are responsible for scheduling your call and meeting me weekly. **ONLY AVAILABLE IF PURCASED**
Step 7: Check-In with your trainer daily
Step 8: How was your experience? Write a review on google once you've completed the program and tell others about our program.
